How can I assign another person to access my case?
Another person can be assigned to access the file:
- for new cases by adding such person in the new case form available under the Add case menu option;
- for existing cases after opening the case file by adding such person via the "+" button in the "Assigned to file" window.
You can also select if the assigned person has a right to look into the file only or edit the file and if e-mail notifications about case changes should be sent to such person.
You can also add a person to access your files directly in your user account. In such case the person will be automatically assigned to all your cases added in the future.
