Would you inform me, if any change occurs in my case?
Yes, information about case changes is sent automatically by e-mail immediately after relevant entry into the case file. In order to receive notification e-mails please select the option 'Notifications of case changes by e-mail' in the case settings. The case settings can be made:
- for new cases under the Add case menu option;
- for existing cases by searching the case under the My cases menu option and then click the 'Case settings' icon in the 'Action' column.
You can also set sending notifications about case changes by selecting this option directly in your user account. In such case the notifications will be sent automatically in all your cases added in the future.
